Balance
- Rebalanced former Anti-Bully System (Now Called Public War Weariness) to a point where you can be at war and your war support is permanently crippled
- Removed ungodly amount of research slots in the 2017 bookmark. Amount of slots now more consistent between bookmarks
- Rebalanced buildings costs and construction speed modifiers so that you don’t end up in a situation where building speed is less than -100%
- Added fuel consumption to units
- Islamist rebels start at Isolation foreign policy to prevent them from joining factions too early. They will switch to Neo-Imperialism if they win their civil war
- China now starts in its own faction
- Syrian rebels in 2017 now start with off-map instead of on-map factories so that a unified Syria isn’t too strong
- Admirals can no longer get traits of generals
- GDP/C upgrade now checks buildings slots for all buildings, and not just civilian industry
Politics
- Viktor Orban is now correctly Hungary’s PM in 2017
- Indonesia is now correctly led by Joko Widodo in 2017
- Reworked Portuguese politics so that Portugal is led by the PM, not the President
- Reworked Serbian politics
- Reworked Angolan politics
- Reworked the political party window. You can now always boost a party regardless of their status, and boosting now correctly increases popularity by 2%
- Suspending elections after winning them no longer requires you to form a coalition
- Automatic coalition forming no longer cucks you out of your leading party, but instead just reduces your PP
Money
- Some optimisations for the money system
- You can now see the cost of higher spending levels
- Prevented the AI from bankrupting themselves too fast
- Fixed a bug where the economy size modifier of a country was calculated wrong
- Added a refresh button next to the money button
- Changing your export law now updates your income
- Fixed a bug where you couldn’t invest in biofuel refineries
- Fixed a bug where you could overinvest into military industry
- Corruption level now affects your income (negatively)
EU
- Added a new EU system

- Members of NATO that suspend elections will be kicked out of NATO
- AI countries that are not Western will now correctly leave NATO
- You can no longer kick countries out of a formed NATO faction
- You can no longer assume the leadership of a formed NATO faction
- You can no longer call NATO to help you if you are already in a faction
